Welcome to the Tularosa Municipal Schools website.

Located at the junction of New Mexico highways 54 and 70, Tularosa is nestled at the bottom of the Sacramento Mountains and is the gateway to Ruidoso and the Mescalero Indian reservation, home of the Inn of the Mountain Gods. The Village lies northeast of White Sands Monument, north of Alamogordo, east of White Sands Missile Range, and west of the Lincoln National Forest.

SCHOOL NEWS
New Mexico schools are closed for duration of the school year in continued fight against COVID-19. The Tularosa Schools, along with all other New Mexico districts, has a plan to continue providing nutrition grab & go meals during this period as well as virtual and hard copy lessons to aide students in completing local requirements for the year and graduation of seniors. Updates will be posted as they become available.
Las escuelas de Nuevo México están cerradas por la duración del año escolar en una lucha continua contra COVID-19. Las Escuelas de Tularosa, junto con todos los demás distritos de Nuevo México, tienen un plan para continuar proporcionando comidas nutritivas para llevar durante este período, así como lecciones virtuales y en papel para ayudar a los estudiantes a completar los requisitos locales para el año y la graduación de los estudiantes de último año.
